Pricing based on occupancy

There will be a 9.7% state occupancy tax added onto rental fee.

Up to 6 people:

$40/per person over 6. Weekly prices will be prorated accordingly when occupancy is more than 6 people.

Dogs negotiable with $60/per dog fee. No puppies. Dog rules.

$335/night – $1995/week

Fall-Winter (Sept. 4-March 31, 2023)

$325/night – $1935/week

Spring (April 1-May 25)

$395/night – $2350/week

Summer/Peak* (May 26-Sept. 4)

*Holiday weeks & weekends are considered peak, these include Christmas, New Year, Martin Luther King, President’s Day week, Thanksgiving.

What a gem! Elaine’s Farmhouse is the perfect place for a vacation!… It (has) a cozy and private atmosphere. The beautiful old Farmhouse has several bedrooms and sleeps plenty, so a large group like ours had no trouble finding spots for everyone. The huge butcher-block topped dining room table is a rare piece and, again, accommodated our entire group!... The screened-in porch made for a great place to start and end the days. There is also a huge garden with a variety of veggies, and Elaine was so generous that we enjoyed fresh, homegrown lettuce with our grilled burgers! There is also a gorgeous pottery shop full of hand-made pieces that make perfect gifts. This house is truly a rare find!

Elaine was a very gracious host, and the…accommodations were lovely and in a great location. The historic house has a lot of charm and many nice updates, especially the clean, updated bathrooms and the huge screened-in porch.... We had room to spare, and everyone had a room to themselves. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living room very cozy. This would be a great place for skiers. We loved the area and highly recommend Elaine and her charming farmhouse!
